Well this is Jackson's first bath and he doesn't look like he trusts us too much
We think he liked it, after all he didn't cry. He actually looks kind of satisfied in this picture...oh wait, this is probably when he peed in the water... it happens every time.

Boys Club

Everytime I hand the baby to Judd he always says, "Alright Jackson it's time for boyclub, you're in the boy's club, no girls aloud." So here are some of their "Boysclub" meetings

Jackson's Cousins

Ruthie, Maddie, and Jaynie all came to see Jackson when he was just two weeks old. Jaynie and Jackson are less than four months apart. They were going to be "best friends" because they live so close to one another. But now Jackson's cousins are moving to Arizona. So Jaynie and Jackson will have to be "best pen pals"

Random fact: Grandpa Helzer is all German! So jackson is 1/8th German!

He wasn't actually little. He was 9lbs 1oz and 21.5 inches long!
He has lots of hair, and his daddy's widow's peak
And of course he has my nose, surprise surprise.

But he is Oh So Beautiful!

Here I am almost nine months pregnant with no idea that Jackson would be a whole week late. I had the time to make the bedding for his crib, we wanted bright colors anyway.

One night I got bored and painted those pictures on the wall. they're watercolor.

Judd loves Dukes of Hazzard and we both like classic cars, so that's how those paintings came about.

How Jackson came to be

Well it all started on this cruise...

Judd's birthday's in April and I surprised him with tickets to cruise California and Mexico. (He was way surprised) If you look hard you can see a little twinkle in my eye. Turns out nine months later, that little twinkle was Jackson.
